Policies and Procedures

• Two adults per child are permitted.

• A caregiver must be present at all times.

• Play can get messy. Please wear clothes you do not mind getting messy and it is advised to bring a change of clothes just in case.

• Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• A waiver must be completed at the start of your first class.

• Classes are not refundable.

• Classes are non-transferable.

• No child or adult should attend class if they are not feeling well and display cold symptoms such as cough, runny nose, fever, etc. Please review our Health & Safety Guidelines. If a child does come to class with cold symptoms, they will be asked to leave.

• One makeup class is permitted. We announce the makeup class two weeks before it is scheduled to occur. This class is free of charge only if you were granted a makeup voucher. If you are unable to attend the makeup class day you forfeit your makeup session.

• Notice by 8 pm the night before class is required if you cannot attend a class; otherwise, no makeup is granted.

• Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class time to ensure we are completely set up.

• We do take pictures for marketing purposes. By attending class and signing the waiver you agree those pictures can be used by Make Learning Magic.

Health & Safety Guidelines:

• Safety is our number one priority; therefore, we ask you to please notify us if you or your child feel unwell.

• During class and sensory play we ask that you stay alert and attentive to your child to prevent any injury.

• By entering the play space, all children and accompanying adults agree that the following are true:

  • No member of your household is showing signs of illness, including runny nose, cough, sore throat, congestion, shortness of breath, fever, loss of smell or taste, vomiting, diarrhea, or chills. We kindly ask that you stay home if you are sick.
